Security, cinema and building systems that work before you need them.that work before you need them.
Since 2010 we design, install, programme and maintain low-current (ELV) systems: CCTV, access control, perimeter detection, private home cinemas (Dolby Atmos), enterprise networks and power continuity. We don't sell equipment, so our recommendations answer to your site, not to a stock list.
Three services
One team from first drawing to the hundredth maintenance visit
Most system problems start at a hand-over between companies: the designer, the installer and the maintainer each assume someone else checked. We can carry the whole life of a system, or take on any one stage.
Design & consulting
Solution studies, security assessments, specifications and BOQs that contractors can price like for like.
- Site surveys and risk reviews
- Vendor-neutral specifications
- Review of contractor submittals
Installation & commissioning
Second fix and third fix: cable pulling, termination, testing, device installation and programming, then a documented handover.
- Containment and structured cabling
- Programming and integration
- As-built records and training
Maintenance division
Preventive, corrective and mandatory maintenance under contracts with written response targets and a report after every visit.
- Planned preventive maintenance
- Fault response to SLA
- Systems installed by others
Solutions
The systems we work on
Security, private cinema and building technology share the same cabling, network and power, so we handle them with the same engineering discipline.
Security & access
SEC
Video surveillance (CCTV)
From standard IP systems to specialised, high-performance video.
Details
Access control & ID cards
Who goes where, when, with credentials that can't be copied.
Details
Intrusion & perimeter detection
Alarm systems and fibre-optic fence detection.
Details
Entrances, barriers & parking
Automatic doors, turnstiles, barriers and ANPR.

Intercom & door entry
IP video intercom for villas, towers and sites.
DetailsBuilding technology & private cinema
BLD
Wi-Fi & wireless links
Surveyed Wi-Fi and point-to-point links.
Details
IP telephony & PBX
Phone systems, SIP trunks and hotel integration.
Details
AV, private cinema & meeting rooms
Private home cinema (Dolby Atmos), auditoriums, boardrooms and smart control.
Details
Public address & background music
Zoned paging and music that people can hear.
Details
IPTV & hospitality TV
Channel distribution and guest-room TV.
Details
Nurse call & queue management
Patient call systems and customer flow.
DetailsPower continuity
PWREngineering standards & scope
Designed and commissioned to international ELV & security standards
Every system is engineered around measurable standards verified at handover, with full vendor independence.
Video surveillance (CCTV)
Pixel-density and DORI target calculation for every scene before selecting lenses.
Access control & credentials
Encrypted reader-to-controller channels and cryptographic smart credentials.
Intrusion & perimeter
Graded alarm zoning, nuisance-alarm control and fibre-optic fence integration.
Structured cabling & networks
Dressed telecom racks, labelled patch panels and point-by-point cable testing.
Power continuity (UPS / CBS)
Critical load sizing, battery autonomy, solar PV and generator ATS interfaces.
We specialise in low-current (ELV), physical security, building technology and power continuity systems. We do not install fire detection or fire suppression systems; instead, we engineer and test the fire-alarm release interfaces for doors, gates and audio.

An interactive site plan
Drag any device, point at a camera to see its field of view, tap a reader to open the door or the barrier to lift it. Then lay out cameras on your own drawing with our free planner.

Our promise
What you can count on
Problems found late on security projects are expensive: a cost that appears after award, a camera that can't see at night, a door that won't open in a fire. Here is how we prevent them.
Scope in writing
Every quotation lists what is included and what is excluded, device by device. Changes are priced before they are done.
Independent advice
We don't sell equipment, so we have no stock to clear. We specify what fits the site and explain why.
Proven at handover
Views checked against the agreed plan, doors tested in every fail mode, storage verified. You receive the test records.
Maintained from day one
A maintenance plan exists before handover, so the system doesn't decay quietly in its first year.
How a project runs
From survey to handover
Survey
We walk the site, document the conditions, agree what each system must achieve.
Design
Drawings, calculations, specifications and BOQ with assumptions visible.
Sign-off
You review the design and a defined scope before work starts.
Installation
Containment, cabling, device mounting, configuration and testing.
Handover
As-built records, test sheets, training, then maintenance begins.
Sectors
Where our engineers have worked
Hospitals, hotels, airports, manufacturing plants, shopping centres, government and defence facilities. Each taught us what the drawings leave out.
